International Organization Guest House

This project is a guest house in Maiduguri, Borno State, carried out by Fani Nigeria Limited and recorded as completed in 2019. It is listed under our guest house category and, as its title indicates, was undertaken for an international organisation.

Guest accommodation has to be comfortable, secure and easy to maintain. Work of this kind typically brings together building construction or renovation, finishing, electrical and plumbing installations and external works, all coordinated so that the premises can be used as soon as they are handed over.

Fani Nigeria Limited delivers architectural design, building construction and project management from Maiduguri and Abuja.
