Residential Building

This project is a residential building in Abuja carried out by Fani Nigeria Limited and recorded as completed in 2019. It forms part of our residential portfolio, alongside housing in Borno and Yobe States.

A residential building project moves from design and approvals through foundations and structure to roofing, services and finishing. Our approach is to agree the scope and programme with the client at the start, supervise the works on site and complete the project with an inspection and the correction of any defects before the keys are handed over.

Fani Nigeria Limited delivers architectural design, building construction and project management from Maiduguri and Abuja.
