This project is the design and construction in brick of facilities at the Wolf Officer Mess in Maiduguri, recorded as completed in 2019. The project record describes a transit hall, lodges, a gym and renovations.

Doing design and construction together means one team is responsible from the first drawing to the completed building. Decisions about layout, structure and materials are made with a clear view of how the building will be built, which helps to avoid delays and changes on site.
