This project covers housing units at Pompomari, Maiduguri, in Borno State, carried out by Fani Nigeria Limited for Borno State Government. The site’s project record lists it as estate housing and, at the time of writing, as a pending project that has not yet been marked complete.

Housing work of this kind normally involves setting out and preparing the site, constructing foundations and walls, roofing, installing electrical and plumbing services, and finishing the units for occupation. As with all our building work, the aim is a sound, durable home that suits the local climate. Further details and photographs will be added as the project progresses.
